The Sabot Heat! An amazing time saver for families that travel.

I got the chance to review the Sabot Heat, it was sent me to review, all opinions are my own.

I use a portable oven almost every day. I usually use the Hot Logic, but I was surprised to find that the Sabot Heat has a few features that the Hot Logic does not.

  • Adjustable heat settings
  • Keep cold compartment
  • Carrying Strap

The top heat is 180 degrees, but you can adjust how quickly the device comes up to heat. This is actually really helpful when we are out for a few hours and would perfer food to be done quickly.

On the other hand I use my portable oven at work and I need food to heat slowly over a few hours, and that is possible here too.

The keep cold compartment is good for holding extras like sour cream or tortillas. I do not think you would like to keep cold drinks or shredded cheese as it is directly above the hot food.

The food gets quite hot and the long strap makes it easier to pack out for a picnic. I like it.
